- CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage): ₱210 per copy — released the next working day (1 working day / 8 office hours).
- CENODEATH: ₱210 per copy — released the next working day.
- Authentication of PSA-issued certificate: ₱155 per copy — released in about 1 hour.
Fees are payable in cash on-site. Always check posted rates on visit day, as PSA may issue updated office memoranda.
Requirements & Valid IDs
Bring one valid government-issued photo ID. PSA accepts the following IDs at Iloilo and all PSA outlets nationwide:
- PhilSys ID (PhilID / ePhilID)
- Philippine Passport or Driver’s License (LTO)
- UMID, SSS, GSIS, Pag-IBIG, or PhilHealth ID
- PRC ID, IBP ID
- Postal ID, Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification (COMELEC)

If you’re requesting a document on behalf of another adult, bring a notarised Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Authorization Letter, plus a photocopy of the document owner’s valid ID. For minors, an authorisation letter signed by the parent is required.
How to Book an Appointment
- Visit appointment.psa.gov.ph on any device.
- Click “Book Appointment” and agree to the terms.
- Select the purpose (“Get copies of civil registry documents and certifications”) and choose Region VI – Western Visayas, then PSA Iloilo outlet.
- Choose certificate type (birth, marriage, death, CENOMAR, etc.), your relationship to the document owner, and number of copies (maximum 2 per appointment for unrelated owners).
- Verify your contact number via OTP and confirm your slot. Save the appointment slip — you’ll need a printed copy or screenshot on visit day.
Walk-in service is available but appointment holders are served first. Slots open on a first-come, first-served basis.
