Details: The Philippine Embassy in Stockholm represents Philippine political, economic, and socio-cultural interests in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. In line with the foreign policy goals spelled out by the present Administration, the Embassy aims to promote the Philippines as an attractively viable site for business, investment, and tourism. The Embassy pursues the enhancement of Philippine bilateral relations with the countries under its jurisdiction by projecting the Philippines as a dynamic player in the international community. The Philippine Embassy also seeks to address the needs of Filipino citizens in Northern Europe through the provision of invaluable consular services. It recognizes the important role of Filipinos abroad in the economic and social stability of the Philippines. The Embassy strives to extend all assistance possible within its means to distressed Filipino citizens.
