Philippine Consulate in Bordeaux, France

hi i have a beautiful filapina lady she has tried to get here twice in france(the creuse) where i live the last time she was caught up in the typhoon,anyway we have now decided that i go to her and get married the philippnes.Then return here to france to live.I am english and live here permenantly.

Can you please tell me when i have filled the form in on the internet do i have to bring it in person as i live 2.5 hours away be it you are the nearest office to me.Do i pay then any fees.I know i have to reknew the 59 days to 90 days in philippines 1 week befor the due date of 59 days.Do i also need any special form to marry there apart from my birth certificate and my late wifes death certificate.
Also can you tell me the cost of all this please thankyou.nson

I am very eager to apply for the OJT on our 1st term of May 2012 to September 2012and I would just like to know if I may apply in the Philippine Consulate in Marseille. I am very very much interested and dedicated to work in the field of diplomacy and international relations and to learn a lot from your office.
