How can one apply for OWWA membership?
Application can be filed at the Philippine Embassy / Consulate. (Click here for list of consulates and embassies of the Philippines abroad).
What are the requirements?
- Passport
- Accomplished OWWA Information Sheet
- Membership Fee of US$25.00 or peso equivalent
- Contract of Employment to be presented (photocopy to be submitted)
