The 60th Ms. Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12 is now on its way and for the first time in the pageant’s history, televiewers worldwide has been given the chance to vote a contestant for a place in the semi-finals. 4. Complete the form by indicating the country where you currently reside and give Miss Philippines a “10” ranking!

5. Click on “Submit vote for Philippines”

There is no longer embassy in Colombia. This address is now Helm Bank. I just spend 10$ taxi to get there to find out there is none.
