Laksa Fried Rice

2 cups of cooked rice
1160 grams of shelled prawns
2 braids of minced garlic
2 shallot
few of pineapple chunk
2 tomatoes
2 eggs

3 tbsp Laksa paste
Mixed with 4 tsp of water

1.) Stir-fry minced garlic and slice shallot in 2 tbsp cooking oil on medium heat. Add 160g shelled prawns and any green vegetables.
2.) Add 2 cups of cooked rice and 2 beaten eggs immediately. Stir-fry till rice evenly coated with egg and is loosened.
3.) Add Laksa fried rice sauce. Keep stirring add follow all the remaining ingredients till is mixed well and fragrant. Serve hot.
