1 BUSINESS PROCESS SUPERVISOR Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) Mathematics or equivalent. With or without experience in process documentation and re-engineering, Organizational skills, Detail Oriented, Proficient in Excel application, MS Visio (preferable), With good interpersonal abilities. 3 JUNIOR PURCHASERS Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related, with basic proficiency in Business Mathematics, with basic skills in inventory forecasting and budgeting, with basic skills in inventory forecasting and budgeting, Capable of analyzing sales and inventory data, Strong written and verbal communication skills. 1 MASTER PLUMBER Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering. Must be a licensed Master Plumber with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field, He must be competent in the management or supervision of the installation, alteration, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems and other related works, must have a good Leadership, Above-average mathematical skills with analytical ability. Good communication skills both oral and written, Good interpersonal skills, Willing to be assigned any of the projects.

1 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting; Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles; Proven ability to master the full training cycle; Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques; Familiarity with talent management and succession planning; Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and beneficial training for the employees; Sound decision making and organizational skills; Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences; Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.

1 TAX MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably CPA; 3-5 years professional experience in a Tax Manager capacity; Experience in the retail industry is a plus.; Strong knowledge of the tax and customs code; Strong interpersonal, leadership skills required. Must be team-player / able to work well and develop a good working relationship with others; Ability to identify and communicate problems and discuss various solutions.

1 FINANCE OFFICER Provide accounting services for different non-operating companies owned by the Group such as: Recording of all business transactions in the books of Accounts. Filing of statutory compliance for various Bureau of Internal Revenue monthly, quarterly, and Annual basis. Perform necessary bank reconciliation and other processes necessary to close the Books of Accounts on an annual basis. Preparation and submission of Annual Income Tax Return and Audited Financial Statement. Review of Annual submission of the General Information Sheet. Perform financial analysis of the different investments under the name of the Directors and provide reports to the Investment Committee on an annual basis. Assist the Investments Committee in performing case studies for new investments. Perform internal audit tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

2 AREA HEADS Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Food and Business-related courses. At least 3 years of supervisory experience or managerial position. Must have excellent leadership skills and customer service skills. Able to communicate well, oral and in writing, to all levels in the store operations. Able to perform well even under pressure or opposition. The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City.

1 STORE IN CHARGE Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or a related field. Proficient in using computers; familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Must have effective problem-solving/decision-making abilities. Must possess good leadership skills. 1 VISUAL DISPLAY OFFICER Graduate of Design, Visual Arts, and Liberal Arts, from a reputable institution. With at least 2 years of work experience. Adept in basic editing programs for mock-ups or renders. Must be able to present ideas using visuals and swatches. Able to work in a diverse team, as a collaborator. Experience in events, OOH, and other print media (conceptualization, installation, dismantling). Must be familiar with various materials for fabrication, printing, and installation purposes. Knowledgeable in the visual arts industry, up-to-date with trends and current industry practices. Highly resilient and agile. Can work under pressure. Has good communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be willing to work in Davao City

1 ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry. Strong understanding of financial principles and management accounting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
