10 NETWORK TECHNICIANS Must be at least 19 years of age. Must be at least a high school graduate . Good knowledge of copper/fiber plant, including copper/fiber fundamentals (electrical and DSL parameters, color-coded wires and cables, among others). 2 WORKFORCE COORDINATORS Must be a college graduate of any IT or Telecommunications – related course preferably Information Technology or Electronic Communications Engineering (ECE) course. With good communication, customer service handling and stress management skills. Computer literate. Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
