Jollibee, a household name in Filipino fastfood scene, is scheduled to open its Chicago-area branch by late-2016, instead of an earlier reported midyear opening. A Jollibee spokeswoman says the Skokie opening of the first Midwestern outpost of the Filipino fast-food restaurant has been delayed.
