2 ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGERS Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including, experience in supervisory or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food and beverage operation, including food preparation, service and sanitation

3 BARISTAS College Level (at least 2 years in college). Has at least 1 year of experience as barista. Possessing computer literacy skills. Has coffee knowledge. Must have artisan skills. Knows basic math. Must have good communication skill. Good customer service skills

3 DINING SUPERVISORS College Graduate, from any discipline. A minimum of 1-year work experience in food and beverage industry. At least 3-month experience in similar capacity. Possess excellent basic math skills. Ability to handle money. Must have communication skills. Good customer service skills.

2 RESTAURANT MANAGERS College Graduate, from any discipline. Have knowledge of service and food beverage. At least 3 years’ experience of front of the house operations and/or assistant management positions. Possess excellent basic math skills. Ability to operate a cash register or POS system. Must have communication skills and understand predominant language (s) of the store’s transaction area.

2 SOUS CHEFS College Graduate. Has at least in 5 years’ experiences as Sous Chef. Strong understanding of cooking techniques. Excellent culinary skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knows Basic math. Computer literate. Good customer service skills.

Can manage time effectively. Good organization skills. Patient and helpful. Works well and efficiently under pressure. Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks. Able to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays. Physically able to wipe floors; able to pick up debris from the floor. Physically able to stand and move, bend and kneel during length of shift. Eager to learn and grow.

2 STOCK CLERKS College graduate, from any discipline. With at least 1-year experience but fresh graduates are also accepted. Has knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Must have good organization skills. Must be patient and helpful. Works well and efficiently under pressure. Must have good communication skill. Is able to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays. Must be eager to learn and grow.

8 WAITERS College graduate/College level/High School graduate, from any discipline. Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 kilos.

1 BARISTA SUPERVISOR College graduate, from any discipline. A minimum of 1-year work experience in Food and Beverage Industry. At least 3 months’ experience in a similar capacity. Must pass company evaluation for supervisory position and conditions set within the evaluation program. Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
