The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will conduct an Embassy-on-Wheels (EOW) in Jubail on 20-21 June 2025 at Coral Jubail Hotel, Exit 8 King Faisal W, King Fahd Industrial Port Area, Jubail 10540, KSA (Tel: 013 362 8800).

- Appointment slots for passport and notarial/authentication services will be available starting 12 June 2025.

- For notarial/authentication appointments, book via: www.riyadhpe.com
- Bring all required documents and valid IDs.
- For civil registry services, please arrive at least one hour before closing time.
