Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Dear Your Excellency,
I couldn’t reach anybody in your embassy since 09:00 with extension 126. May I know do I have to make an appointment to arrange study VISA for my niece (Jovinia Lim) who wish to do music degree in Phillipines. If yes, can I make an appointment on 26th Sept 2011? How much would it cost for the study VISA?
