I am Daff Reighyan Elas Ybañez and I am married to a South African citizen who lives in Cape Town, South Africa. I would like to ask if how can I get my marriage contract authenticated by the Philippine Consulate? Because I am like planning to get my Philippine Passport change. I mean I wanna use the last name of my husband and one of the requirements is I have to get my Marriage Contract authenticated by the Philippine Consulate.
Im hoping you could give me details about the requirements in authentication of my marriage contract.
