1 PLANT SUPERINTENDENT Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. With experience in a manufacturing or production environment. 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in plant operations. Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5 SALES EXECUTIVES Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course. Willing to do fieldwork. Experience in Sales and Merchandising is an advantage. With good communication and negotiation skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1 BRANCH SALES SUPERVISOR Graduate of any 4 year business course can be considered provided that they have sales supervisory experience. Experience in roofing industry or any sales construction products is an advantage but not required. Good leadership/ people handling skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
1 WAREHOUSEMAN Graduate of any 4 year course. Prior experience in a manufacturing warehouse or industrial setting is an advantage but not required. Understanding of basic manufacturing processes and inventory flow. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage materials efficiently. Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production teams. Problem-solving abilities for inventory discrepancies and logistical challenges.
