2 HR ASSOCIATES Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or any related field. 1 SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. 1 QAQC ARCHITECTURAL Graduate of Engineering/Architectural. Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Architectural and other trade disciplines interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions and observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

1 DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER Graduate of Engineering, Business Management, Financial Management or any related fields. Ensure document Management System (DMS) accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving). Process incoming documentation (registration in the DMS, internal distribution, archiving). Process outgoing documentation (transmit to ALP concerned departments and Suppliers/3rd parties). To ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally. Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data. Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored. General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of suppliers/3rd parties documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.

1 PLUMBER At least 3years experience in plumbing commercial building/high rise building. Basic knowledge Fire Protection system.

1 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Conducts daily inspection to public areas, back of the house (power rooms, water tank and pumps area and etc.) Follows and implements all company safety and security policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Acts immediately in cases of hazardous/ or emergency conditions.

1 FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing management, hotel and restaurant management, tourism or equivalent. Preferably with at least one-year related experience; fresh graduates may apply.
