1 LAND SUPERVISOR
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field.
Minimum of three (3 years) of experience in engineering works specially on building or structural assessment and conditions by analysing and evaluating foundation, framing, other construction systems and their associated construction details for valuation.
Know how to prepare analyses and determined Market Values of assets for acquisition base on FPIC MOA.
Experience working with Indigenous Peoples especially the B’laan Tribe and able to walk for long hours in rugged terrain.
Must be of known dependability, integrity, and priority in the land acquisition to the confidentiality and the jobs vulnerability to fraud.
Must possess presentation skills, cross-cultural resourcefulness and sensitivity, political savvy and result driven work fervour.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
