1 CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Candidate must be a high school graduate and have at least college-level engineering (Civil) or equivalent, or and/ or have vocational/ technical certificates in general building and construction works (any of: carpentry, masonry, electrical Installation & Maintenance, scaffold erection, Structural/ MEPFS, etc.).
At least 3 Year(s) of minimum working experience in actual general building or construction (background with general building construction.
Knowledge in electrical/ plumbing works is an advantage.
Knows how to organize and supervise a team construction workers; can read and interpret construction plans, drawings.
Willing to work and be assigned in different project sites.
May be required to live in temporary facilities on-site.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM).
Must be willing to start immediately, have good moral character, and be physically fit and healthy.
