1 LEASING, MARKETING & CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Management or equivalent.
At least 4 years working experience in the related field.
Preferably with working experience in Leasing, Marketing, Sales Documentation and Marketing of project including Customer Care Service.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.
Excellent in oral and written communication skills, especially in the English language.
Highly organizes and has strong attention to details in completing task. Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office using word, excel, power point and outlook.
Ability to work effectively both independent and as part of a team.
Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees.
