1 LAND SETTLEMENT OFFICER
Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Law background.
Minimum of (2) two year of experience in mediation, land settlement and or arbitration works.
Experience working with Indigenous Peoples especially the Blaan Tribe.
Know how to prepare analyses and determined Market Values of assets for acquisition base on FPIC MOA.
Good in community organizing and stakeholder engagement.
Can connect with the IP’s and with relevant government agencies (DAR/NCIP/DENR-LMB, LRA and LGU’s and Real Estate Brokers engage by the company.
Able to walk for long hours in rugged terrain.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
