1 CIVIL ENGINEER SUPERVISOR
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
At least 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in engineering, construction, and property maintenance.
Relative experience in managing consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Experience in the preparation of work schedules, relative costings prior to work implementation, and preparation of technical documents and generation of reports for site-based activities.
Able to interact, coordinate, and present with all Internal and External Customer.
Must possess the following traits: Good leadership, organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle complex engineering program involving different groups o In-depth knowledge in Program Management: Planning (short term and long-term scheduling skills).
Basic knowledge in construction methodologies and current building practices.
Proficiency in computer software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Sketchup and MS Office applications: Ability to generate technical reports (estimates and cost comparison reports for ongoing projects and future programs).
