The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in partnership with the Office of First District Representative Congressman Paolo “Pulong” Z. Duterte, is offering a TRAINING FOR WORK SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (TWSP) for all aspiring and qualified trainees in Davao City.
In line with the efforts of the City Government of Davao together with TESDA and Cong. Pulong Duterte, the Office of the Vice Mayor will assist the program in finding qualified trainees.
To interested applicants, HERE ARE THE TWO OPTIONS ON HOW YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION:
OPTION 1: Applicants can submit their Application Form and requirements through the Google Forms link posted below ( https://forms.gle/sA9CbmM4UCDHgN3i6 )
OPTION 2: Visit the Office of the Vice Mayor , located at Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Dabaw and contact 222-0855 (201) or 0966-558-1852 to get a copy of the APPLICATION FORM. A staff from the Vice Mayor’s Office will meet you at the entrance. Submit your application form along with the requirements at the Vice Mayor’s Office DROP BOX provided at the main entrance of the Sanggunian Panlungsod Building.
Applicants with incomplete requirements will NOT be accommodated. Applications shall be processed on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. SLOTS ARE LIMITED.

1.) COLLEGE DIPLOMA/HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
2.) APPLICANT MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
3.) PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
4.) HIGH SCHOOL REPORT CARD OR TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
5.) ID PICTURE (1X1 OR 2X2 PICTURE)
