The head office of the Department of Public Works and Highways will accept another batch of 50 interns this summer. College students and out-of-school youth are welcome to participate in the summer government internship program (GIP) of the DPWH.
Interns will be provided with a daily stipend of 75% the minimum wage in the National Capital Region.
To be considered for the program, you must be:
- college student or out-of-school youth with at least a second-year college education
- first time GIP participant in the DPWH
- 18-23 years old
- computer literate
Interested applicants must submit:
- one photocopy of birth certificate
- a fully-accomplished bio-data or personal data sheet
- two recent 1×1 ID photos
to:
DPWH Capacity Development Division, Human Resource and Administrative Service,
5th Floor, DPWH Head Office Building, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila
Deadline: March 15, 2016.
A written examination shall be conducted for the selection of the 50 interns who will be working in the DPWH for two months starting April 6, 2016.
