1 ACCOUNTANT Bachelor’s degree in accountancy. Certified Public Accountant or CPA eligible. At least one (1) year of experience in accounting tasks such as AP/AR, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and payroll. Must have a stable employment history.

4 CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. At least one (1) to (2) years of experience in previous roles with a demonstrated track record of staying with companies. Must have stable employment history.

2 ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS MANAGERS At least four (4) to five (5) years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Must have stable employment history.

1 DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. At least seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Minimum of three (3) years managing managers at the operations level. Must have a stable employment history.

1 SENIOR DIRECTOR More than three (3) years’ experience as a Site Director or Director of Operations or Senior Operations Manager. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in managing both internal (in-house) and external (remote – work from home) operations. Must have a stable employment history.

1 IT SUPPORT INTERN Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Minimal to no professional experience in IT support or network administration. Must have stable employment history.

1 TECHNICAL AND CORPORATE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST Minimum of three (3) years of experience in end to end or full-cycle recruitment, with experience in both technical and non-technical domains. At least three (3) years of experience using HRIS tools. Must have a stable employment history.

1 UIPATH DEVELOPER Minimum of one (1) year of experience of automation development utilizing the UiPath tool. Must have UiPath Developer certification. Must have a stable employment history.

2 WEB SCRAPING ENGINEERS Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web scraping or automation engineering. Must have a stable employment history.

3 FINANCIAL CLEARANCE SPECIALISTS Minimum of two (2) years of experience in patient registration within a US-based hospital or physician office, with a demonstrated track record in obtaining patient demographic and financial information. Minimum of one (1) year of inbound/outbound call experience in Healthcare. Must have stable employment history.

3 CLINICAL APPEALS NURSES Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse (RN). At least three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience or equivalent in auditing, Medicare appeals, utilization review, or denials management. Must have stable employment history.
