1 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field Experience in AP. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Prior experience using an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks) a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 1 ASSOCIATE SUPPLY PLANNER Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably experience with Oracle products (including both Netsuite and Oracle Planning Cloud). Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and compliance in all processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for the skincare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or related field. In the absence of a degree in these disciplines, a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain or inventory management in a multi-channel environment is required. Familiarity with skincare or beauty product supply chains. Prior experience or internships in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

1 AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP MYSTERY SHOPPER & COMPETITIVE ANALYST Strong attention to detail and written communication skills. Comfortable using Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs). Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines. Prior experience in mystery shopping, automotive, or digital research is a plus.

1 LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Must be comfortable drafting emails in a professional manner without oversight. Must be proficient in google sheets including filtering through data. Must have baseline skills in assessing data including pricing. Must be active on social media platforms, ideally TikTok. Ideal candidate is interested in health and wellness.

1 SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR At least 6 months of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management. Strong knowledge of key social platforms, tools, algorithms, and trends. Good copywriting and communication skills. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Experience in lifestyle, beauty, photography, or design fields is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Must be available during core US hours.

1 TEAM LEADER Monitor and conduct coaching on performance (metrics, save rate, aht) and behavior (attendance & punctuality) of team members. Monitor team members’ participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed. Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients. Coordinate with the HR Department in relation of team members’ leave application forms, incident reports, coaching logs, Overtime Trackers, and other internal documentation. Communicates company & account goals, policies, safety practices and deadlines to the team. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and documents. Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior. Motivate team members. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Suggest and organize team building activities. Communicate internal concerns to the GSDs, Director of Leadership/ Operations Manager and HR Department. Attends leadership meetings and Focus Group Discussion set by the Management. Perform other tasks that will be assigned to, from time to time.

1 HR SPECIALIST Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG, Salesforce) preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Basic knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and benefits administration is a plus

1 PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST Graduate of a 4 year course. Preferably in the field of Procurement, Finance, Management/Commerce. At least 2 years of experience in the Procurement / Materials Management field. A good solid skills in sourcing, negotiations, process improvement and basic accounting skills is a plus. Highly motivated, TEAM driven, commercially inclined, innovative, and extremely flexible to change/continuous improvement. Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Preferably with BPO background, familiar in the P2P process, with SAP ERP System is an advantage.
