1 PARTS MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material, or Warehouse Management. Preferably with experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in the same field. Results driven-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Good people management abilities. Must possess a valid driver’s license (Restrictions 1 & 2).
1 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of work experience in human resources and administration. Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws. Documentation handling and database management skills. Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and HRMS software. Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and their processes. Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills.
1 GENERAL MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in heavy equipment, logistics, or supply chain industry. Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
1 SERVICE ENGINEER Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Possession of a valid mechanical engineering license. An ability to work under pressure. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be competent.
1 SERVICE ADMIN ASSOCIATE Graduate of Business Management or other related courses. Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-faced environment.
1 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1-2 years of accrual-based accounting working experience including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented, excellent proofreading and editing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independently.
1 AFTER SALES COORDINATOR Fresh graduate of any 4 years course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or any related field. Computer literate and comfortable using various business software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Able to effectively coordinate and communicate with both clients and internal teams.
1 EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related courses. Preferably with experience as an Executive Secretary or other similar fields. Good time-management skills. Capable of multitasking. Great interpersonal skills.
1 AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual). Must be an NCII Holder (Automotive Servicing). With 1-2 years or more relevant work experience both for Light and Heavy Equipment. Experience in PMS, troubleshooting, and assembling is an advantage.
3 ELECTRICIAN MECHANICS Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual). Must be an NCII Holder (Electrical Installation & Maintenance). With 1-2 years or more experience as an electrician mechanic, preferably with heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and repair techniques. Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 AUXILIARY MECHANICS Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual transmission). Must be an NC II Holder (Hydraulic). Experience in PMS, troubleshooting, and assembling is an advantage. Willing to assigned anywhere.
1 BACKHOE OPERATOR Must be high school graduate. Requires a minimum of one year of experience as a backhoe operator. Ideally holds an NC II in Hydraulic Excavator operation (updated). Possesses a driver’s license with Code 8.
1 AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual). Must be an NCII Holder (Automotive Servicing). With 1-2 years or more relevant work experience both for Light and Heavy Equipment. Experience in PMS, troubleshooting, and assembling is an advantage.
1 TRUCK DRIVER Valid driver’s license (required for operating large vehicles like low beds and self-loaders). Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including loading/unloading, securing loads, and long hours of driving. Familiarity with proper load securement techniques, including the use of chains, straps, and other equipment to ensure the safety of the load during transport.
