1 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive engineering experience in a hospitality or facilities management environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in hotel systems and infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
Proven leadership in managing preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
Knowledgeable in safety standards, fire/life safety systems, and government compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to lead a team under pressure.
Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
