3 SALES ASSOCIATES College Level/Graduate or equivalent; previous experience in retail sales. Preferably in kitchen equipment or home appliances, is a plus. Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen appliances and equipment is highly desirable. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
5 SERVICE TECHNICIANS High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate; Certification in Appliance Repair, HVAC, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Service Technician, specifically working with kitchen equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems related to kitchen appliances. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills.
8 CREW TRAINERS College level or equivalent; additional culinary or baking qualifications can be advantageous. Experience in a leadership or training role may be preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training. Ability to demonstrate techniques and provide constructive feedback. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Patience and an encouraging demeanor to support new and existing staff.
2 DRIVERS High school diploma or equivalent (required). Vocational training or certification in automotive repair or mechanical systems (preferred). Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record. Good driving skills, including knowledge of road safety regulations. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of vehicle engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other mechanical components. Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety. Awareness of environmental and safety regulations related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
2 ACCOUNTING STAFF Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related courses. Knowledgeable in Quickbooks. Preferably with similar experience as a Staff Accountant, Payables/Receivables and/or Audit, or other related experience is a plus. Must have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Certified Commercial Appliance Technician or similar certifications. 3 to 5 work experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, including 3-deck Oven, mixers, etc. Ability to diagnose complex problems in commercial kitchen equipment like electrical malfunctions, mechanical failures, and gas issues. Knowledge of working with high-end, large-scale kitchen appliances. Knowledge of safety measures when working with electrical, gas, or refrigeration systems in commercial kitchens.
