1 MAINTENANCE STAFF At least a High School Graduate or equivalent. TESDA NCII Certification for any of the enumerated skills is an advantage. Experience in plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and/or construction required. Knowledge in biomedical field is a plus.
1 OPERATING ROOM MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related field. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating room setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
1 PATIENT MOBILIZATION COORDINATOR BS in Social Work or any four (4) year course graduate. Must have Professional Driver’s License. 1 to 2 years’ experience in social work, nursing, or community development. Preferably with experience in a healthcare organization or NGO.
1 SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from a recognized Bible/Theological School Program is strongly preferred. With Professional Driver’s license. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience as a pastor or chaplain within a health institution or similar setting. Prior experience with coordinating and directing evangelistic outreach programs, preferably for children and their families.
