Minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist/Specialist.
BA in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
Exposure to wide HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc).
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
