At least (2) Two years of experience in real estate appraisal.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Ability to travel to property locations for inspections.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of local real estate market trends.
Familiarity with appraisal regulations and ethics.
