At least one (1) year of job experience in handling training administration, facilitation, coordination an evaluation in required for the position.

With good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate and adept in using training tools and equipment.
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Great organization skills, able to multi – task, and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism.
