1 VILLAGE ENGINEER

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, industrial, electrical, and other similar engineering course).
Licensed is preferred but not required.
Has at least 5-year experience in construction management.
Understand all aspects of building plans, including but not limited to structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Can draw engineering drawing using AutoCAD.
Updated and knowledgeable on the local and government regulations on construction.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Ability to deal with different personalities and social classes.
