Ensures availability and establishes optimum levels of all game supplies (cards, SEcards, thermal, collaterals, etc.);
supervises proper usage; and keeping them at an optimum level at all times, to maximize day-to-day revenues.
Coordinates with Central Office on inventory levels and ensures that supplies are ordered in advance.
Responsible for weekly planning of “specific” cards to be sold, especially during special events or “linked” games.
Ensures accuracy of all records and documents; accuracy and timeliness of all reports; and keeping them updated and organized at all times.
Supervises proper usage of all supplies and materials; ensures control measures and standards are implemented; and recommends appropriate corrective actions, as needed.
Willing to be assigned in Davao City or Digos City.
