Bachelor’s degree required, preferably HRM graduate.
Experience Barista is a plus.
Knowledge in cooking, menu planning, costing, ordering and scheduling.
Knowledge of inventory control, supplies, equipment, and food production.
Skills in leadership, management, employee and performance management.
