Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
At least two (2) years of experience in several functional areas of Human Resources including employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, timekeeping, employment and employee relations.
Willing to be based in Tagum City but will require travel to branches in M’lang, Kabacan, Midsayap, Kidapawan, Bansalan, Maramag, Valencia and Cagayan de Oro.
