The Embassy also sought understanding and time to process requests amid prevailing restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>For those who are requesting repatriation from the United Arab Emirates to the Philippines, the Embassy advised applicants to follow the following steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Download and fill up the following ATN forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/abudhabipe.dfa.gov.ph\/images\/Downloads\/Personal_Information_Sheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Personal Information Sheet<\/a> &#8211; Personal and employment-related information<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/abudhabipe.dfa.gov.ph\/images\/Downloads\/Affidavit-Sinumpaang_Salaysay_ATN_Form_2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Affidavit \/ Sinumpaang Salaysay \u2013 ATN Form No. 2<\/a> &#8211; A sworn statement of the applicant relating to the application to repatriation back to the Philippines.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/abudhabipe.dfa.gov.ph\/images\/Downloads\/BI_Passenger_Assessment_Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BI Passenger Assessment Form<\/a> &#8211; <span style=\"text-transform: initial\">Travel information of an applicant for repatriation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Prepare copies of UAE visa and passport.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe original document may be required to verify photocopies. Pregnant women are also required to prepare copies of marriage certificates and medical certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Reach out to Philippine Consulate\/Embassy.<\/strong><br \/>\nDubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, and Fujairah can reach out to atn@pcgdubai.ae or repatriation@pcgdubai.ae<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Place your original printed documents and passport in an envelope.<\/strong><br \/>\nWrite your name and label it as \u2018ATN Repat\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Submit the envelope to the Philippine Embassy in the UAE any time from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Applicants whose passports were lost need to file for a police report.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You must secure the documents required for travel \u2013 such as medical certificate, fit-to-travel documents etc,&#8221; the Philippine Embassy said on its website.<\/p>\n<p>Filipinos based in The UAE \u2013 or transiting through the Emirates \u2013 to the Philippines will have to undergo new testing and quarantine protocols which include a mandatory quarantine of 14 days for all passengers arriving from international destination.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An evaluation will be conducted for Filipinos in the United Arab Emirates seeking to be repatriated back to the Philippines.
