Roxas: Jobs Available in Philippines for Ex-OFWs

Presidential candidate Manuel Roxas II said on Sunday that local jobs in the Philippines will be available for overseas Filipino workers once he wins in the national elections.

Citing data that the Philippines is currently riding the lowest unemployment rate in the past 10 years, and Filipinos formerly working abroad have found careers in the country.

Ibig sabihin, nakakapaghanap buhay sila dito,” Roxas said during the third and last leg of the PiliPinas Debates 2016.

He added that, if he is elected president, the government’s goal is to continue to grow the economy and create more jobs for Filipinos.
