J.V. Angeles Construction Corporation handles the construction of the said facility aiming to complete the project at the soonest possible time.<\/p>\n

Factoring in the conditions the pandemic has brought, the total manpower required for this project is up to 4,500 workers. At the moment construction is underway and still needs more laborers, welders, and other skilled workers.<\/p>\n
