Oversee and provide guidance and advice to Construction Supervisors in review of construction method statements, material submittals, Commissioning and handover to end users. Assess the hazard threat, set the appropriate cost effective level of response. Command emergency response teams and interact with local authorities, contractors, international organisation. Conduct inspections, audits and reviews of staff, contractors, training and exrecises to ensure the capability of the response readiness.
