1 TUNNEL FACILITY SUPERINTENDENT<\/strong>\t\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science and systems engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in tunnel construction or heavy civil infrastructure projects. Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or superintendent role. Strong knowledge of tunneling methods (e.g., NATM, TBM, cut-and-cover). Familiar with tunnel safety standards, ventilation systems, and facility operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in speaking both English and Japanese.<\/p>\n

1 COST CONTROL MANAGER<\/strong>\t\tBachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in cost control or financial management, preferably in construction. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in cost management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in speaking both English and Japanese.<\/p>\n
