Regulatory risk (GDPR, HIPPA, FCC etc.).<br \/>\nLocal business compliance (PEZA, business\/operating licensing etc.).<br \/>\nBrand Partner specific risks, based on work-types.<br \/>\nPeople risks (working closely with HR).<br \/>\nEnsure adequate controls and mitigation plans are in place where necessary to minimize risk exposure and ensure all business units are operating compliantly.<br \/>\nCreate and maintain solid Business Continuity Plans (BCP) &amp; Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) across all operating locations.<br \/>\nEnsure regular scenario testing.
