Must possess a valid passport.
Must possess or be eligible for an Alien Employment Permit (AEP).
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in an international or Chinese-affiliated company.
Fluent in Mandarin and can speak basic English.
Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with Chinese business partners, clients, and suppliers.
No derogatory record or pending case with the Bureau of Immigration or DOLE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
