1 OPERATIONS MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry. Strong background in car dealership operations, especially maintenance and repair. Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. Knowledgeable in technical processes, diagnostics, and service workflow. Strong communication and team management abilities. Ability to analyze data and improve operational performance. Willing to work full-time and on-site.
2 HR GENERALISTS Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management and Development, Psychology, or a related field. At least 2 years of HR experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Must be open to working Monday to Saturday.
1 CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSSOCIATE Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, services, and warranty processes.Â
1 ACCOUNTING STAFF Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. With or without experience (training will be provided). Has idea in accounts payable and accounts receivable task and MS Excel. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
4 AUTO-MECHANICS High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. Proven experience in repair and maintenance, specifically with heavy equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NC II certification is a plus. Willing to be assigned in Tigatto, Davao City.
1 AUTO ELECTRICIAN Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or similar role. Relevant certification or diploma in automotive technology or electrical systems. Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
1 CHIEF MECHANIC Proven experience as a Chief Mechanic, Senior Mechanic, or equivalent leadership role. Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostics. Skilled in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and inventory control. Certification in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or related fields preferred. Relevant licenses and training in equipment maintenance are an advantage.
1 TRANSPORT PLANNER Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in transport planning or logistics (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
