1 OPERATIONS MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications in Business or Operations Management is an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, business management, or a similar role. Experience in sales, distribution, and logistics operations. Prior experience in retail, trade, or distribution industries is highly preferred. Comprehensive understanding of business operations, including sales, distribution, logistics, and finance. High level of integrity and professionalism. Collaborative and capable of fostering a positive work environment.
1 OPERATIONS HEAD Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or supervisory roles. Experience in handling reports, permits, and licenses is an advantage. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of integrity and accountability. Familiarity with operational workflows in office and warehouse settings. Familiarity with report validation tools and operational software.
1 SALES SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in a distribution or poultry business. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. Experience in field sales, account management, and van sales operations is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of sales operations, including customer account management, sales reporting, and expense validation. Familiarity with poultry industry operations and supply chain processes is an advantage. Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.
4 SENIOR SALESMEN Open to undergraduates with relevant experience. At least 1 year of experience in van selling or related sales work. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiar with product features, pricing, and local market trends. Knowledge of invoicing, cash handling, and sales documentation. Safe and efficient van operation; punctual and reliable. Able to resolve customer concerns and adapt to changing sales routes and targets. Team player with sales and logistics teams. 9 JUNIOR SALESMEN High school diploma or equivalent. Technical/vocational training is an advantage. Valid driver’s license code 123 (with a clean driving record). Proven experience in driving a panel truck. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiar with product features, pricing, and local market trends. Skilled in stock monitoring and record-keeping. Safe and efficient van operation; punctual and reliable. Team player with sales and logistics teams. Assigned Route: DAVAO DEL SUR & DAVAO OCCIDENTAL.
2 INVOICER College graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field). At least 1 year of experience in data entry, invoicing, or related administrative tasks. Experience with sales invoicing or data management systems is an advantage. Understanding of office procedures and data management. Quick learner and adaptable to new systems or processes. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4 AUDITORS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. Additional certifications or training in auditing or internal controls is a plus. At least 1–2 years of experience in auditing or financial review, preferably in a similar industry. Experience with cash handling, financial documentation, and inventory auditing is an advantage. Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination. Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. Willingness to travel frequently to branches and locations as needed.
2 CASHIERS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, bookkeeping, or accounting roles. Experience in preparing financial reports and handling petty cash is an advantage. Basic understanding of cash management, check handling, and bank deposits. Familiarity with accounting principles and payroll processes. Honest and trustworthy in handling cash and sensitive information. Highly organized and capable of working under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during payroll processing or special events. Willing to travel for tasks like bank transactions if necessary.
1 AUDIT MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accountancy or a related field. With experience in audit, preferably within a distribution or logistics environment. Proven experience in developing and implementing audit programs. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in data analysis and advanced knowledge of auditing software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, ethical, and proactive in identifying and addressing issues. Willingness to travel to branches or warehouses for on-site audits as necessary.
