1 TREASURY SUPERVISOR Capable of handling multiple accounts. MS Office knowledgeable and capable. Keen to details, articulate. At least 2 years’ experience as supervisor. Resourceful and with initiative. Customer care experience, is an advantage. At least 1 year experience in a real estate industry. Not necessarily in a real estate industry but at least experience in finance/bank/automobile company. MUST have experience in financing and reading contracts.

1 MARKETING COORDINATOR Candidates must possess Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Must possess at least 3 years of experience in the related field. Should have a background on Marketing Projects. Must possess a good sense of advertising and marketing strategies. Knowledgeable of social media platforms and their use for targeted marketing campaigns. Proactive approach to engaging with clients and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

1 SALES COORDINATOR Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 3 years of experience in Sales. Real estate experience is advantage. Experience in documentation and computations. Experience with facilitating training and orientation. Experience with people relation – customers and sellers. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to multi task.

1 SALES DOCS STAFF Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, or any equivalent. With at least 1-2 years of working experience related to sales documentation. Real estate experience is a must. Detail oriented and well-organized. Flexible and has the ability to do multi-tasking. Good computer skills (proficient in MS office, especially in excel). Fast learner, with initiative and can work with minimal supervision. Has experience in processing and monitoring of Sales documentation.
