3 LINE COOKS
Graduate of 2- or 4-years course of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related course.
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts is an asset.
Experience in a similar role is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Accepting of Flexible working hours.
Willing to render overtime.
