1 FINANCE HR ADMIN MANAGER
5+ years of experience in a managerial HR or accounting role.
Bachelor’s degree or MS in Business Administration, Accounting, or HR.
Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and superb attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Expertise in finance management, and the ability to track expenses, analyze and prepare tax reports.
Understanding of national financial regulations.
Experience in dealing with BIR, DOLE, NLRC, and Bank officers.
Familiarity with CRM and accounting softwares.
With Leadership and human resources management skills.
Experience in administrative functions.
