1 EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Legal Management, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent.
Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws graduates (under bar) is an advantage, but not required.
Individuals with 6 months to 1 year experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal skills
