1 TRAINING MANAGER
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business course, or other related areas of discipline.
Masteral degree or units in organizational development.
At least 10 years of experience in training or organizational development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of training processes.
Ability to design training courses reflective of needs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Willing to be assigned in Mati, Davao Oriental.
