1 GENERAL MANAGER
At least 5 years in Operations Manager role or equivalent.
At least 5 years of combined experience in full cycle bookkeeping and/or audit accounting.
Ability to speak and write English well (grammatically correct, effective communication).
Ability to confidently communicate, often on a daily basis with Canadian clients based on their needs and IOC scope.
Ability to autonomously manage operations structures according to goals and needs (plan, design/redesign, monitor, evaluate, and implement).
Ability to lead people (assign right people on right roles, measure performance, care for people).
Capacity to effectively use technology and apps to collaborate and communicate with others.
